In accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, SERVICIOS ADMINISTRATIVOS PEÑOLES, S.A. DE C.V., in its capacity as CONTROLLER, makes this Privacy Agreement available to you, informing you about the processing of your personal data.
SERVICIOS ADMINISTRATIVOS PEÑOLES, S.A. DE C.V. hereinafter SAPSA is the Controller responsible for the processing of your personal data. For the fulfillment of the purposes set forth in this Privacy Agreement, the personal data collected will be safeguarded through administrative, technical, and physical security measures, in electronic systems managed from its corporate offices located at Calzada Legaria Number 540, Tower 2, 4th Floor, Colonia 10 de Abril, Postal Code 11250, Alcaldia Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City; in accordance with applicable regulations.
The personal data that may be collected include the following categories: (i) identification data such as: name, date of birth, gender, marital status, nationality, and age; (ii) contact personal data such as: email, home address, and personal phone number; (iii) academic personal data such as: certificates and/or academic degrees, language certificates, level of education, professional license number, and educational background; and (iv) employment personal data such as: corporate email, personnel development, work address, position, company, and work phone number.
SAPSA will process your personal data for the following purposes:
The data collected by SAPSA will never be used for purposes of a different nature.
The Company states that it does not collect sensitive personal data for the purposes indicated.
The Data Subject may, at any time, object to the processing of their personal data for purposes that are not essential for compliance with the commercial or legal relationship with the Controller, as well as revoke any consent granted, by exercising their rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, or Opposition (ARCO), in accordance with the mechanisms described in this Privacy Agreement.
We inform you that through our portal, we may use Cookies, SDK (“Software Development Kit”), and other technologies; however, SAPSA cannot read data from your hard drive nor read "cookie" files created by other providers. The use of these technologies allows SAPSA to recognize registered Users after they have registered for the first time, without requiring them to register again on each visit to access areas and services reserved exclusively for them.
You may disable the use of cookies directly from your browser settings. However, by doing so, some site functionalities may not operate correctly.
You have the right to access your personal data that we hold and the details of its processing, as well as to rectify it (if it is inaccurate or incomplete); cancel it when you consider it is not required for any of the purposes stated in this privacy agreement, is being used for non-consented purposes, or the contractual or service relationship has ended; or oppose to its processing for specific purposes.
Likewise, at any time, you may revoke the consent you have granted us to process your personal data, so that we cease processing it.
In addition to the above, you also have the right to limit the use or disclosure of your data.
To exercise any of the aforementioned rights, please notify us through a written request sent by email to: [email protected], attaching images of the documents proving your identity/representation. In this case, the original documents will be requested for verification at the time of delivering the response to your request.

In the case of requests for rectification of personal data, you must additionally indicate the modifications to be made and provide supporting documentation.
The timeframes to respond to your request shall be, in accordance with Article 31 of the LFPDPPP: a maximum period of twenty business days, counted from the date the request was received, to inform the data subject of the determination adopted, so that if it is appropriate, it becomes effective within fifteen business days following the date the response is communicated. These timeframes may be extended once for an equal period, provided that the circumstances of the case justify it.
The exercise of the Rights contemplated in this Privacy Agreement and in the LFPDPPP shall be free of charge. Access to information will be deemed fulfilled when personal data is made available to you, or through the issuance of simple copies, electronic documents, or any other means previously agreed upon with you, when the admissibility of your request is notified. You must cover the justified shipping costs or the cost of reproduction in copies or other formats and, where applicable, the cost of document certification.
The personal data you provide to the Controller or that is collected by it will not be disclosed, distributed, or commercialized, except in cases provided by law, and may only be transferred to our affiliated and/or subsidiary companies (so that any of them may use your data for the same purposes as the Controller, as well as to manage your file). Therefore, we inform you that your consent is not required to carry out these transfers, as they are made to companies within the same group operating under the same processes and internal policies in accordance with Article 36 of the LFPDPPP.
If deemed necessary, we inform you that you have the right to approach the Secretaria de Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno to assert any claim related to your right to personal data protection.

We reserve the right to make modifications or updates to this Privacy Agreement at any time, to address legislative developments, internal policies, or new requirements applicable to the Controller.
These modifications will be available to the public through the following means: (i) Institutional communication channels of the Controller; (ii) Electronically via the email address you have provided for such purposes. These modifications will also be available to the public through our website www.penoles.com.mx
Therefore, you grant your consent to SERVICIOS ADMINISTRATIVOS PEÑOLES, S.A. DE C.V. to collect and use your personal data for the purposes detailed above.
