About Peñoles
We are Industrias Peñoles, S.A.B. de C.V., a mining-metallurgical group that has contributed to Mexico’s economic and social development since its founding in 1887. We have developed the knowledge and experience to transform mineral resources into a wide array of products required by industry while making continuous investments to ensure the creation of well-paid jobs, many of these in remote areas. We also strive to maintain harmonious, cooperative relations with local communities.
Our operations are vertically integrated: from exploration to refining of non-ferrous metals and production of chemicals. This diversification of products and markets has earned Peñoles a leadership position in its industrial sector.
